Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills with a focus on construction.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ranging from $100k to $500k in premiums
Collaborate with Producers to service and grow existing accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
Analyze and assess clients insurance needs providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Handle policy endorsements renewals and cancellations
Assist with claims processing and resolution as needed
Qualifications
Proficiency with AMS 360 or similar agency management system
Demonstrated experience in commercial lines insurance with knowledge of construction insurance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
