What You Will Get To Do:
Technological Leadership:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of technology staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Drive technological innovation within Transfer Agent Services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Transfer Agent Expertise:
Possess a solid understanding of Transfer Agent Services in Retail Alternative and Traditional spaces
Provide strategic guidance to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
Transformational Leadership:
Lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals acting as a catalyst for positive change.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages crossfunctional teamwork.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders in the accounting department various technology departments and the sales group to ensure seamless operations.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Ownership and Accountability:
Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability for the success of Fund
Administration Services.
Implement best practices to maintain and improve service quality.

Remote Hybrid Work:

Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to relevant work experience job related knowledge skills abilities business needs and geographic regions.NY: Salary range for the position: $185000 USD to $250000 USD. Colorado: Salary range for the position: $160000 USD to $220000 USD.Required Experience:
