What Youll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on managing their health.
Work independently while staying connected to a strong support team.
What You Need:
A current RN license (Oklahoma or compact state).
A passion for patientcentered care.
Strong clinical and criticalthinking skills.
Reliable transportation for home visits.
