Join NuServices a growing hospitality team delivering highquality food and beverage services across the University of Newcastle.
We operate multiple outlets including Bar on the Hill Local Connections LC Deli and our campus catering business.
Were looking for a handson and strategic Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations across all venues. Youll be responsible for menu development food safety team leadership cost control and driving kitchen innovation and performance.
About the Role
Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff across multiple venues
Develop seasonal creative and costed menus aligned with trends and customer needs
Oversee food safety HACCP compliance and daily kitchen operations
Manage labour and food costs to meet budget targets
Collaborate with events marketing and FOH teams on
Build strong supplier relationships and champion sustainability
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef managing multiple outlets
Leadership skills with a passion for training and mentoring teams
Strong food safety compliance and budget management knowledge
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced multivenue environment
Relevant culinary qualifications (Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery)
