About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This
position is a part of our efforts to support diversity and inclusion. The selected candidate will
play a vital role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients maintaining
excellent relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through calls and emails to generate leads and close
sales.
Maintain and update customer databases using MS Excel.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless operations.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year as a Telecaller or Inside Sales Executive.
Freshers with strong aptitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining and analyzing data.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Language Proficiency:
Must be fluent in English Kannada and Hindi.
Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu will be an added advantage.
