Job Description

As we embark on our next phase of growth we are seeking a talented Manufacturing Plant Manager to oversee our production facility and drive operational excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
Lead all aspects of the manufacturing plants operations including production quality control maintenance and safety protocols to ensure efficient and highquality production of garage doors.
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production processes reduce costs and enhance product quality aligning with Amarrs standards of excellence.
Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of supervisors engineers and production staff fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering supply chain and sales to streamline processes address challenges and meet production targets.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiencies and minimize waste.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) analyze performance data and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements safety standards and environmental regulations maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.
Manage budgetary constraints effectively optimizing resource allocation and cost control measures while maintaining operational excellence.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing
Minimum 35 years of experience leading manufacturing teams of more than 50 people in a leadership role preferably within the building materials industry.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes equipment and technologies with a focus on lean principles and continuous improvement.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills with a resultsoriented mindset.
Proficiency in budget management financial analysis and strategic planning.
Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software applications is advantageous.

Compensation ranges from $148369 $209462*. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision Paid Time Off and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3 company contribution regardless of your contribution) among others.
