Job Description

About the Role:
As our HR Generalist youll play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience across the Earth Tech Enterprises division. Youll be the goto person for HRrelated queries drive initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a positive and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday HR operations including onboarding offboarding benefits administration and employee relations.
- Administer and process weekly payroll accurately and on time in collaboration with construction management software and the finance team.
- Partner with managers and teams on performance management engagement and retention strategies
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating with hiring managers and facilitating candidate experience.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Lead or support initiatives around employee engagement safety and training programs.
- 35 years of experience in a Human Resources role preferably in a fastpaced environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices employment law and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with HRIS systems. Paychex experience preferred.
- High level of discretion and sound judgment when managing sensitive matters.
- Degree in Human Resources Professional Hyman Resources Certification or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
