Job Description

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Administrator Truck Account

Principal Purpose of Position

  • Proactively monitors trends in vehicle maintenance for specific accounts and geographic markets
  • Builds and analyzes both standard and adhoc reports
  • Analyzes data and makes recommendations to customers and leadership to implement costsaving initiatives
  • Coordinates with fleet managers vendors and manufacturers to ascertain the most effective resolution to truck malfunctions
  • As the technical expert acts as a consultant to fleet managers and service technicians when complex solutions are needed
  • Reviews and issues nonstandard purchase orders to ensure that the customers best interests are protected
  • Support the technical resource center by assisting customers and vendors as needed
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
  • ASE or other industry certification preferred
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint etc.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 510 years experience in the automotive or transportation industry with advanced technical knowledge
  • Understanding of automotive repair industry processes
  • Knowledge of Holman Fleet & Mobilitys programs preferred
  • Reviewing and improving processes methods and tools to increase efficiency accuracy and security

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $49040.00 $71105.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
