About The Role:
As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and driving enrolment growth for our online domestic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the online education sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our online program offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Skills And Experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in business development preferably in the education sector
- Must willing to travel across Australia
- Must be available MondayFriday and some weekends if travelling
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Sound knowledge of ASQA RTO standards
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Attributes
- MBA or relevant qualification or a minimum of two years of Australian domestic student experience
- Experience in online education or elearning platforms
- Understanding of the Australian Healthcare Education landscape
