Salesforce Architect (Retail) South Sydney
Join a globally recognised retail brand innovating at scale.
Were looking for an upandcoming Salesforce Architect to help shape and evolve the global multiregion Salesforce ecosystem for one of Australias oldest retail icons. This is an opportunity to join a wellestablished global retail business and work on major transformation programs at scale without the red tape.
Youll be reporting to the CIO and collaborating across digital infrastructure customer service and commercial teams. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys both strategy and rolling up their sleeves. This role will require you to be in the office 5 days per week in South Sydney

What youll be doing:
- Designing scalable highperformance Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
- Leading handson development using Apex Lightning Web Components Flow and other declarative tools.
- Owning endtoend Salesforce implementations and thirdparty integrations.
- Providing operational support for a global user base (some support outside standard Australian hours required).
- Acting as a technical leader reviewing code sharing best practices and coaching junior team members.
- Helping shape governance and data security frameworks within the platform.
What were looking for:
- Around 7 years of Salesforce experience (were flexible what matters most is your impact).
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and core platform features.
- Handson experience with Apex LWC Visualforce SOQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD SFDX Git) and integration tools like Mulesoft.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring others.
- Salesforce certifications (especially Architect tracks) are highly regarded.
