  • Starting salary beginning at $26000.00 plus monthly commission
  • Monthly commissions can significantly enhance your earnings with the possibility of reaching over $75000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of vehicle specifications optional packages and the latest technologies
  • Followup with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and happily
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to emails and handle customer inquiries promptly

Qualifications:

  • Available to work five days a week (including Saturdays) with one weekend a month (off on Saturday)
  • Selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
  • Previous experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in a internet customer service sales position is required

Preferred Skills:

  • Good understanding of basic mathematical concepts
  • Data entry
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Switchboard/multiline phone system
  • Ability to multitask
  • Selfstarter with good problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
