Job Description
The Sr. Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial strategy business growth and operational excellence. This person will oversee a team of 45 finance and accounting professionals ensuring accurate financial reporting insightful analysis and datadriven decisionmaking. Beyond technical expertise this role demands strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills to influence business outcomes and foster collaboration across departments.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker selfmotivated and excited to put their stamp on this rolebuilding financial processes improving reporting and shaping the future of the companys financial strategy. This is a handson role that requires the ability to dive deep into data deliver impactful insights and drive meaningful change.
Sr. Finance Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting to support business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of 45 finance and accounting professionals fostering growth and high performance.
- Develop and refine financial models and KPI dashboards that provide visibility into company performance.
- Analyze financial statements operational metrics and business trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide datadriven insights and strategic recommendations that drive business success.
- Improve and streamline financial processes reporting structures and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Support monthend and yearend closing processes ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Influence crossfunctional teams by translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and decisionmaking.
- Stay ahead of industry trends regulatory changes and financial best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Qualifications :
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or a related field with at least
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting forecasting and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling and business intelligence tools (Power BI Tableau or similar).
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP NetSuite Oracle or similar).
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information :
Position is fulltime working Monday Friday 9:00am 5:30pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Plano TX are encouraged to apply.
