As part of a global team youll play a key role in shaping our employer brand in the region collaborating closely with teams across different time zones to drive engagement enhance talent attraction and strengthen our culture. Whether its executing standout campaigns preparing local AllHands Meetings or crafting compelling content youll be at the forefront of our brands success.

Qualifications :
Position how youll contribute
- Lead and execute Employer Branding initiatives in the Americas ensuring alignment with our global strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Aquisition People Care and Marketing teams to create a consistent employer brand presence.
- Develop and execute regionspecific communication plans that align with the global strategy.
- Act as a bridge between global leadership and local employees ensuring that key global messages are delivered in a way that resonates locally.
- Develop and implement a regional social media strategy creating engaging content across LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and other key platforms.
- Act as a strategic partner for business leaders and development initiatives in the region helping to amplify their successes.
- Create highquality EB materials including videos graphics and promotional content tailored for the Americas market.
- Stay ahead of industry trends using data and insights to optimize employer branding efforts and improve engagement.
- Ensure smooth of projects handling logistics vendor relations and resource management.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners universities and tech communities to strengthen brand awareness.
Expectations the experience you need
- 46 years of experience in Employer Branding Marketing or Communications ideally within a tech company.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple projects a t once.
- Proven success in social media management or employer branding campaigns.
- Handson experience in event planning including budget management and
- logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages for
- diverse audiences.
- Fluent English (C1 level) and Spanish (C1 level) Portuguese is a plus.
- A creative and analytical mindset capable of making datadriven decisions.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with global team.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
- Additional skills the edge you have
- Experience in video production and design tools (Adobe Suite Canva Figma).
- Familiarity with internal communication tools (Slack MS Teams intranets)
- Interest in the evolving tech landscape and employer branding trends.
