Senior Project Manager Electrical Construction (Data Centers)
Locations:Charlotte NC (Relocation assistance available for the right candidate)
Salary:$150000 $185000

About the Role:
We seek an experiencedSenior Project Managerto lead largescaledata center electrical projects. This role will oversee all aspects of project from estimating and budgeting to onsite supervision and client management. The ideal candidate has extensive experience inelectrical contracting strong leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company client and project policies and procedures.
- Develop project estimates and proposals including timelines work plans budgets staffing requirements and resource allocation.
- Oversee project ensuring adherence todesign budget and schedulewhile managing onsite supervision.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage personnel and subcontractors ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Handleproject billing forecasting and collections ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and proactively address any issues.
- Work with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors and internal teams.
- Providementorship and leadershipto project managers assistant project managers and senior trade professionals.
- Maintain a strong commitment tojob site safetyand adherence to national safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 yearsof experience in electrical contracting project management with a deep understanding of electrical installations.
- Strong background indata center projectsor other missioncritical electrical work.
- College degree Journeyman Electricians License OR Master Electrician licence.
- Proficiency inarchitectural electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity withcomputerbased estimating tools.
- Strong skills inGoogle Suiteand project management software.
- Excellentcommunication leadership and organizationalskills.
- OSHA30Hour Certification(or ability to obtain within the first year).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Membership in an electrical union preferred (IBEW or equivalent).
- Experience mentoring and managing teams of project managers and trade professionals.
