Job Description
These will be your tasks when you join us:
- Examining HSEQ events and processes making suggestions for improvement
- Representation of HSE topics and preparation work in external and internal audits
- Support of management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and ISO45001
- Operation and development of the MIR/KIR/OHSMS system
- Making reports on occupational safety and environmental protection to Hungarian authorities and senior management; Representation of a company to the authorities
- Administration of hazardous waste
- Development of HSE training materials delivery of trainings
- Recording tracking and handling warranty matters
- Periodic review of general risk assessments
- Development of risk assessments of projects
- Participation in global HSE projects within the company
- Participation in trainings and workshops of the global HSE group
- EHS Legislation Tracking
- Compliance with laws and regulations
- Liaising with partners and authorities related to the activity
- Preparation of reports
Qualifications :
What you will need to establish your success in this role:
- Degree in Health and Safety HSE) OR similar and Specialized qualification (e.g. Occupational Safety Technician AND Fire Protection Lecturer)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar job
- Use MS Office with confidence
Language skills you need:
- Fluent Hungarian language skills
- Intermediate communicative English language skills (spoken and written)
There is an advantage if:
- You are familiar with any of the following standards: ISO45001 ISO9001 ISO 14001 ABOS MIR/KIR RHK
- You have a strong project approach
- You have gained experience in a similar industry
- Have you ever used an ERP system (e.g. SAP)
