Job Description
Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving and analyzing incidents reported from the service network
- Opening LUPs (Unique Problem Lists) and initiating the resolution process
- Monitoring the progress of incidents until resolution
- Work mode: hybrid
Qualifications :
The main required qualifications are:
- Completed technical studies (Automotive Engineering Mechanical Engineering etc.
- Technical knowledge of engines
- Good communication skills
- English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- French language skills are a plus
