Job Description
Handson experience in operating S&OP. Demand Supply planning
Strong in data analytics Statistical forecasting models Excel formulas etcPower BI
Cross functional coordination with multiple internal stakeholder viz Sales Category Finance etc
Good data interpretation skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
DemandPlanning
Generate statistical forecasts using a demandplanningtool for rolling 12 months.
Collaborate with multiple function stakeholders inDemandReview meetings to derive consensusdemandplans.
Monitor sales at various depths of granularity (product/customer/frequency) and tracking forecast accuracy and bias in the forecast.
Attending S&OP meetings.
Maintainplanningtools integrity and ensure thatplanningtools deliver the value in the integratedplanningprocess with continual improvement.
Handling multiple SKUs (more than 500 SKUs)
SupplyPlanningand InventoryOptimization
Additional Information
Strong handson experience in MS Excel and analytics in MSExcel or Power BI.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Math Engineering Supply chain required or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated experience indemandplanning Demand forecasting
