Description

The Department of Music at Pittsburg State University is accepting applications for parttime Adjunct Lecturer of Percussion.

Duties and Responsibilities

Teach one or more undergraduate courses in the program areas identified:

  • Applied Percussion

Qualifications

  • Appropriate masters degree required
  • Substantial professional experience as a performer
  • Experience in universitylevel teachingpreferred
  • Ability to relate well with students and faculty in a regional institution within an environment of shared governance
  • Ability to relate to the general public and area music teachers

Job Type:UnclassifiedAdjunct Faculty fourmonth appointment

Appointment Duration: SpringSemester

Work Schedule:Part Time
