As a Real Estate Agent at New York Habitat:
You will have the chance to be associated with an exciting international company. We believe in providing our agents the tools that they will need to succeed in the shortterm rental market.
New agents are advised to view our database orientation videos so that they will become more familiar with the technology that they will be using.
A seasoned broker will also be available during the first weeks to answer all types of real estate questions.
Furthermore we continue to offer a wide variety of guidelines to our agents throughout the year.
At New York Habitat you will:
- Work with a clientele from all over the world and connect clients to the best apartment in one of our city.
- Be surrounded by experienced professionals and given the tools necessary to succeed.
- Have access to a hightech internal database and a high traffic website.
- Benefit from a listings incentive program designed for Real Estate Agents.
Qualifications:
- Must have a New York Real Estate License
- Must work Freelance as an Independent Contractor
- Must be knowledgeable in NY
- Available during weekends
- Able to establish and maintain good relationships with residents renters and owners.
- Excellent English communication skills
