Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and commerciallydriven Director Global Partnerships & Channels to join our growing team. Reporting to the Global Head of Business Development you will shape and execute RepRisks global partnership and channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. You will lead highvalue partnerships optimize commercial models and collaborate crossfunctionally to scale impact. As a key leader you will manage and develop a highperforming team fostering a culture of excellence mentorship and strategic to maximize business success. In this role you will:
- Refine and execute the global partnership strategy aligning with RepRisks business goals to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Lead develop and scale a highperforming team providing mentorship fostering career growth and driving excellence.
- Oversee and manage complex partner negotiations and relationship management ensuring contracts renewals and revenuesharing align with strategic and financial objectives in collaboration with senior team members and stakeholders across Products and Commercial.
- Optimize grow and expand RepRisks partner ecosystem managing resellers distributors system integrators and strategic alliances.
- Design enhance and implement scalable commercial models that drive sustainable highimpact partnerships and create longterm value.
- Lead partnerdriven revenue growth and executing joint gotomarket (GTM) strategies and overseeing sales enablement initiatives.
- Represent RepRisk externally strengthening brand visibility at industry events and identifying innovative partnership opportunities
Qualifications :
You Offer
- Minimum bachelors degree in business finance marketing economics or a related field.
- 1015 years of experience in managing global teams in partnerships channel management or business development in B2B data software or tech environments.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of scaling and managing teams (minimum 10 people).
- Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships managing complex multistakeholder negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English; native English speakers preferred.
- Technical aptitude translating partner needs into actionable solutions and business opportunities.
- Experience or strong interest in ESG sustainability or alternative data.
- Datadriven mindset with analytical skills to simplify complexity into clear strategic action.
