Be part of our client s team as a Bilingual Staff Accountant managing reconciliations journal entries and financial reporting tasks. You ll help drive accuracy streamline processes and support the company s financial backbone all in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Snapshot of the Opportunity
Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Work Setup: Hybrid Bogot or Medell n
- Perform general ledger reconciliations bank reconciliations and intercompany account management
- Manage some aspects of cash operations
- Prepare and book adjusting journal entries as needed
- Handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Provide suggestions to management and supervisors to improve daily processing and reporting
- Assist with monthly closings and maintain accounting files
- Support adhoc finance projects
- Assist with budget and forecasting processes
- Demonstrate excellent computer and communication skills both written and verbal
- Work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and functions
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle systems is a plus
- Detailoriented wellstructured and organized professional
- Ability to perform accounting tasks in a manufacturing or packaging environment
