About The Opportunity
The Client Success Associate is responsible for all aspects of the postsales relationships and achieving goals with our campuses. Were looking for people who love growing businesses by solving complex operational and business problems. Youll head up the charge in launching Grubhub Campus ordering with Higher Education dining programs driving engagement with students and managing senior relationships with university and food service operators.
The Impact You Will Make:
Own the entire postsales relationship with Grubhub Campus signed accounts
Launch newly signed campuses with Grubhub mobile ordering Grubhub Kiosks Robot Delivery and other ancillary services.
Project manage the operational setup and deployment of each campus launch
Manage the growth and success of each campus through planning and implementation of market strategies and maintenance of client partnership
Provide exceptional client service proactively problem solve to identify and resolve any account issues
Manage crossfunctional of product implementation with Product Engineering Operations Marketing and Support
Closely monitor measure and report on key performance metrics in each market
Use data to determine priorities for campus specific initiatives
Pursue upsell opportunities for new business by showing the value of Grubhubs program on campus
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelors Degree preferred or highschool diploma/GED
23 years experience in account management
Track record of building strong crossfunctional relationships
Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
Highly datafocused with strong proficiency in Excel
Marketing and/or Communications experience is a plus
Resourceful creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
Exceptionally detailoriented and can multitask
Comfortable with ambiguity and change and thrives in a fastpaced environment (previous startup experience a plus)
We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below based on factors including geographic location.
New York: $70000 $75000 $80000 $85000 OTE range)
Colorado: $65000$70000 $75000$80000 OTE range)
Grubhub uses geographicspecific salary structures which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors such as the candidates skills education training credentials and experience.
