PivotRoots a Havas Company is seeking a talented and creative Visual Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design an eye for detail and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing graphics. You will be responsible for creating engaging and onbrand graphics for a variety of media including digital and print.Job Description :
Job description:
Create visual elements such as logos original images and illustrations to help deliver a message.
Design layouts for websites magazines brochures reports and other publications ensuring a visually appealing and userfriendly experience.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects ensuring that designs align with the companys branding guidelines.
Work closely with the marketing team product managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Create prototypes and mockups for new design concepts ensuring they meet the required specifications before final production.
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) Sketch Figma or other relevant tools to create highquality designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends techniques and technologies and apply them to enhance the companys visual communication strategy.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
Design for both digital (web social media email campaigns) and print (flyers posters banners) platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in graphic design Visual Arts or related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) Sketch Figma or other relevant tools.
Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to produce innovative designs.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions promptly.
Agency experience a plus.
