You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailZendesk is looking for aRegional Growth Manager to develop paid media strategies that drive business growth. Youll collaborate closely with Paid Media Field Marketing and Global Campaigns teams to align demand generation efforts and maximize pipeline impact ensuring that marketing efforts align with business objectives. Your expertise in data analysis will be essential in measuring success identifying opportunities and refining strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in datadriven digital marketing and/or performance marketing (experience in a B2B SaaS company required).
Handson expertise in building and managing paid campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using Tableau Looker or similar BI tools for using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and more importantly translate data trends into actions.
Strong project management skills including effectively balancing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to change. Asana experience is preferred.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo HubSpot or Pardot.
Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a paid media subject matter expert providing strategic guidance and collaborating with internal teams on paid media strategy.
Collaborate with Sales Field Marketing and Global Campaigns teams to ensure alignment on pipeline and revenue goals.
Analyze campaign performance regularly and share insights takeaways and recommendations to drive growth for the business.
Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with new channels technologies and growth tactics.
Bonus Points:
Experience with nonpaid marketing channels such as email webinars & virtual events and content marketing.
Working knowledge of SQL for deeper campaign analysis and reporting.
Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific inoffice schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
