The Role:
Our site in Colorado Springs CO Rockrimmon is seeking a/an Injection Molding CoOp to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
This position will assist in all aspects of the injection molding area in our new Rockrimmon site in Colorado Springs.
What Youll Do:
Assist in the qualification of new injection molds
Participate in Kaizen projects relating to defect reduction
Complete standardization projects
Assist in sampling of new molds
What We Seek:
Knowledge experience or willingness to learn about Injection Molding processes machines and tooling
Some experience or study in automation
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
Manufacturing Engineering or Plastics Engineering
Graduation date in 2026
Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week MF 8a5p) beginning in July through December
Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a coop program

Compensation: $20$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
