Why This Role- Own & Lead: Build and manage a highperforming team of engineers (Android iOS Backend and Web) to develop compelling ad solutions.

What Youll Do- Build and lead a talented Ads Engineering team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and delivery excellence.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to drive ad solutions across mobile and web applications.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for programmatic advertising optimizing existing placements and exploring new monetization opportunities.
- Ensure technical excellence by prioritizing work effectively managing technical debt and ensuring the team is making smart architectural decisions.
- Leverage data and experimentation (A/B testing) to inform product decisions and refine ad performance.
- Work crossfunctionally with stakeholders across legal finance and AI/ML teams to ensure compliance and innovation in ad technology.
- Serve as a mentor and coach developing your team while maintaining a healthy engaging work environment.
What You Bring- 6 years of leadership experience in engineering managing crossfunctional teams and partnering closely with Product and Design.
- Deep understanding of ad techSSPs DSPs ad exchanges and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and data attribution particularly in addriven ecosystems.
- Proven ability to work across functions balancing business needs legal/privacy considerations and technical requirements.
- Consumerfacing mobile experience ideally working on native iOS and Android applications at scale.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a track record of growing and retaining top engineering talent.
