Role: Sr. Business Development Manager
Location: Uppal Hyderabad
Timings: 7:30 pm IST to 4:30 am IST
About the job:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Hunter role) with leadership qualities to bring in new customers and new logos for the company to expand/grow our practice within our technology business. The ideal candidate will be someone from a technology/staffing arena who understands the industry landscape well. Passion for sales business development account management and consulting is a must for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Add New Clients Direct or Implementation partner in US Staffing Recruitment
2. Must have prework experience in various areas of Business Development including Market Research
3. Database building Lead generation campaign management Managed Services and Client Relationships for the USA
4. Add potential clients by growing maintaining and leveraging your network.
5. Identify potential clients and the decisionmakers within the client organization.
6. finding leads and making cold calls in defined geographies.
7. Interact with clients daily and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
8. Be accountable for revenue targets.
9. Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
10. Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics for management review.
11. Responsible for bringing in new business opportunities by leveraging industry experience connections with tier 1/ direct clients and acquiring new Logos.
