About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelors degree in chemical engineering Process Engineering or a related field.
- 8 15 years of experience in process safety or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven track record of conducting process hazard analyses and implementing safety management systems.
- Proficient in process safety analysis software and tools.
- Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysis.

The Role
As a Risk and Safety Engineer with Worleyyou will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience.
- Fire zone mapping.
- Fire water demand calculation.
- Adequacy check and ring main hydraulics.
- Hydrant layout
- Fire protection P&IDs
- Active Fire Protection equipment datasheets
- Vendor engineering (MR TBE VDR) of active Fire protection system
- Vendor engineering (MR TBE VDR) of clean agent system
- Hazardous area classification
- Fireproofing.
- Fire & Gas detector mapping / identification.
- Escape route layouts.
- Safety equipment layouts
- Dispersion studies
- Consequence analysis
- Preparation of TOR for various safety studies
- HAZOP/HAZID participation
