Ohels Access department is a single point of entry for those seeking the many services programs and resources available through Ohel. The Access department provides accessibility relevant information and immediate linkage to Ohels wide breadth of services. As an Intake Supervisor you will be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. You will lead a dedicated team of intake specialists ensuring that every client receives a warm welcome and that their information is carefully and efficiently processed. Maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality in all client records and documentation will be crucial. You will provide training and development opportunities to help your team grow and excel in their roles. Additionally you will generate insightful reports on intake activities helping to shape our strategies and improve our services. Other requirements include: exceptional organizational communication and leadership skills proficient computer skills and a compassionate approach with keen attention to detail. Bachelor required Masters in relevant field preferred. Bilingual a plus. This fulltime position is located in Brooklyn.
