Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated midlevel Associate with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions Private Equity Investments and other Corporate Transactions to join our M&A/Corporate Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex highprofile transactions and provide guidance onDelaware law fiduciary duties and corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on a range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions recapitalizations joint ventures and restructurings.
- Provide expertise on Delaware law fiduciary duties and alternative entity law (LLCs and limited partnerships).
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on various transactional matters.
Qualifications:
- Experience in M&A and corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of Delaware corporate and alternative entity law.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
