THE GIST:
Our client a hypergrowth software start up seeks an expert Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support one of their cofounders. This role will streamline the executives day to day with an operationsminded approach and an understanding of the pace of a startup. The ideal has experience supporting a clevel executive or founder in tech and/or venture capital.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Expertly prioritize executives time manage calendar organize meetings and address scheduling conflicts
- Respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalism
- Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
- Assist with personal needs (pick up dry cleaning purchase birthday gifts book personal appointments & reservations etc.
- Plan company events offsites and meetings
- Attend meetings and calls to ensure of actionitems & follow ups
- Process expenses
- Assist with various tasks and projects as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting a clevel executive in tech and/or venture capital highly preferred
- Operations experience a plus!
- Clear & concise communication style
- Responsive nature and ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
- Kind collaborative approach to working within an organization
- Selfstarter with the ability to thrive in a highgrowth environment
- A organization skills
- Flexible personality able to shift and adjust based on the situation
