Kundendienstingenieur Sr

Der Service und die Reparatur von Produkten die von Kunden zur Reparatur/Neukonfiguration/Aktualisierung Fehlersuche Ursachenermittlung und Nacharbeit zurckgegeben dass geeignete Korrekturmanahmen eingefhrt werden um ein erneutes Auftreten von Fehlern zu verhindern.

  • Kundendienst und Support

  • Bereitstellung von Feedback fr Kunden zu Retourenanalysen und Verbesserungsplnen

  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Dokumentation

  • Durch Fehlersuche und Analyse der Retourendaten wird sichergestellt dass Korrekturmanahmen umgesetzt werden um ein erneutes Auftreten zu verhindern

  • Prfung und Konfiguration von Ersatzgeneratoren und komponenten

  • Montage und Konfiguration von Systemen

  • Bearbeitung von Retouren und kontaminierten Produkten

  • Untersttzung bei Reparaturen und Wartung

  • Technische Betreuung und Schulung von Kunden und Vertriebspartnern (Servicetechniker)

  • Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Ersatzteilen

  • Dokumentation der Serviceaktivitten ggf. auch Anpassung der Produktentstehungsdatei (DHR)

  • Entscheidung ber Verwendung / Verschrottung von Kundenretouren (Generatoren Platinen Komponenten)

  • Einhaltung der Gesundheits und Sicherheitsvorkehrungen des Unternehmens sowie anderer Unternehmensrichtlinien oder vorschriften

Fhigkeiten Wissen und Erfahrung

  • Nachgewiesene umfangreiche Erfahrung in einer hnlichen Position und Kenntnisse ber Hochspannungsprfmethoden

  • Fhigkeit bei Bedarf andere Abteilungen und externe Kunden/Lieferanten zu koordinieren

  • Kenntnisse ber aktuelle Komponenten und Technologien

  • Fhigkeit unter Druck in anspruchsvollen Zeitvorgaben zu arbeiten

  • Computerkenntnisse einschlielich Microsoft Office

  • Gutes Teammitglied mit der Fhigkeit mit Mitarbeitern auf allen Ebenen innerhalb des Unternehmens zusammenzuarbeiten

  • Starke interne und externe Kommunikationsfhigkeiten

Senior Customer Service Engineer

The service and repair of products returned by customers for repair/ reconfiguration/ updates fault finding root cause and appropriate corrective actions are introduced to prevent failure reoccurrences.

  • Customer service and support

  • Providing customers with feedback on returns analysis and improvement plans

  • Complaint processing and documentation

  • Through fault finding and analysis of returns data ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence

  • Testing and configuration of replacement generators and components

  • Assembly and configuration of systems

  • Processing of returns and contaminated products

  • Support with repairs and maintenance

  • Providing technical support and training of customers and sales partners (service technicians)

  • Provision and configuration of spare parts

  • Documentation of service activities where available also adaptation of the product creation file (DHR)

  • Decision on use / sping of customer returns (generators circuit boards components)

  • Complying with Company health and safety arrangements and other company policies or regulations

Skills knowledge and experience

  • Proven significant experience in a similar position and knowledge of high voltage test methods

  • Ability to coordinate other departments and external customers/suppliers if necessary

  • Knowledge of uptodate components and technology

  • Ability to work under pressure to demanding time scales

  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office

  • Good team member with the ability to work with personnel at all levels within the Company

  • Strong internal and external communication skills
