We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate ready to kickstart a career within banking.

INGs Wholesale Banking Graduate Program prepares you for a future role in a very dynamic and competitive world. You will be part of ING WB team and will have the opportunity to collaborate support and learn from different areas.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Graduate in Energy & Infra you will:

Support Energy & Infra Finance department in the origination and of transactions in Iberia as well as in the management of the teams portfolio:

• Origination activities include (i) preparing marketing materials; (ii) detailed analysis of companies and projects; (iii) monitoring sector information and collection of market data and dynamics and (iv) preparing different debt structures to clients.
• activities include (i) financial technical and structural analysis of the transaction; (ii) financial modelling; (iii) negotiating the transaction documentation; and (iv) processing of documents for internal project approvals (KYC commercial greenlights credit packs etc..
• Portfolio monitoring activities include (i) continuous monitoring of the deals included in the portfolio (ii) analyse waiver requests from clients and (iii) interact with different support teams in other monitoring activities.

Education:

• Strong academic background in engineering business administration economics or similar.
• Experience requested: internship experience in banking finance or consultancy focused in the Energy and/or Infrastructure sector..

Business competencies:

• Strong financial analysis and problemsolving capabilities.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English is a must.
• Prior financial modelling experience is strongly recommended.

Personal skills:

• Hard worker with ability to drive multiple activities in parallel.
• Attention to detail and delivery of topquality documents.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions (team player).
• Enthusiasm and ambition to learn.

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como Graduado en Energa e Infraestructuras podrs:

Apoyar al departamento de Energy & Infra Finance en la originacin y ejecucin de operaciones en Iberia as como en la gestin de la cartera del equipo:

• Las actividades de originacin incluyen (i) preparacin de materiales de marketing; (ii) anlisis detallado de empresas y proyectos; (iii) seguimiento de la informacin sectorial y recopilacin de datos y dinmicas del mercado y (iv) preparacin de diferentes estructuras de deuda para los clientes.
• Las actividades de ejecucin incluyen (i) anlisis financiero tcnico y estructural de la transaccin; ii) modelizacin financiera; (iii) negociar la documentacin de la transaccin; y (iv) tramitacin de documentos para aprobaciones internas de proyectos (KYC greenlights comerciales paquetes de crditos etc..
• Las actividades de seguimiento de la cartera incluyen (i) el seguimiento continuo de las operaciones incluidas en la cartera (ii) el anlisis de las solicitudes de exencin de los clientes y (iii) la interaccin con diferentes equipos de apoyo en otras actividades de seguimiento.

Educacin:

• Slida formacin acadmica en ingeniera administracin de empresas economa o similares.
• Experiencia solicitada: experiencia en prcticas en banca finanzas o consultora enfocada en el sector de Energa y/o Infraestructuras.

Competencias empresariales:

• Fuerte anlisis financiero y capacidad de resolucin de problemas.
• Excelentes habilidades para hablar y escribir en ingls es imprescindible.
• Se recomienda encarecidamente tener experiencia previa en modelos financieros.

Habilidades personales:

• Trabajador duro con capacidad para impulsar mltiples actividades en paralelo.
• Atencin al detalle y entrega de documentos de alta calidad.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa entre funciones (jugador de equipo).
• Entusiasmo y ambicin por aprender.
