The Opportunity
We are excited to invite applications for the role of Group Executive Assistant within the Alumni Engagement team at Monash University. In this vital position youll provide highlevel administrative support to the Deputy Director Alumni Engagement and help coordinate projects events and general administrative tasks that contribute to the teams success in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
As a Group Executive Assistant youll be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks including drafting correspondence scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. You will support event planning facilitate communication across teams and provide secretarial support for committees as well as managing documents monitoring budget reports and assisting with purchasing and credit card reconciliation via Coupa. Additionally youll actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth workflow by maintaining effective record management systems. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a network of internal and external stakeholders playing a key part in maintaining excellent organisational practices and service delivery.
To succeed in this role youll need extensive experience providing executive support in a fastpaced environment with exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You must be able to manage priorities handle confidential information and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A high level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite Coupa and Concur is also required.
