Job Description
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain screed machines to level and finish concrete surfaces accurately.
Ensure proper depth slope and smoothness according to project specifications.
Work closely with construction teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a hazardfree worksite.
Report any machinery issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Screed Operator in the construction industry.
Heavyduty/earthmoving machinery experience is essential.
Knowledge of concrete mixing pouring and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans (advantageous).
Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
Valid drivers license (preferred).
