We are currently searching for a Telecom engineer :
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the user community for telecommunications business needs and services.
- Coordinate review and perform all phone moves adds and changes.
- Provide application support for AT&T UC Services Global Enterprise Telephony custom app groups.
- Collaborate with vendors to support projects and service requests.
- Provided enduser training remotely.
- Create and maintain documentation reports SOPs data spreadsheets.
- Submit weekly status reports.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience providing support for telecommunications services.
- Experience with coordinating phone system changes (moves adds changes).
- Experience with application support preferably for AT&T UC Services.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors.
- Experience in providing remote enduser training.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Desired
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
