Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving transformation
We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Insights Transformation Programme within our Programme Delivery Department. This is a pivotal role where you will take full ownership of programme delivery ensuring objectives are met on time within budget and to the highest standards.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage the full programme lifecycle ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
- Oversee a team of Delivery Managers driving successful project .
- Develop and manage programme plans budgets and resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decisionmaking and optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams
- Drive innovation continuous improvement and best practices in programme delivery.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience in programme and project management leading largescale transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in project management tools particularly Monday.
- A proactive resultsdriven and adaptable approach to complex challenges.
