About your new employer:

About the role:
- Working with a highly experienced Principal across a diverse range of workplace matters.
- Providing advice and training to Human Resources and inhouse legal clients.
- Work on employment related claims such as breach of contract discrimination unfair dismissal sexual harassment WHS and underpayment of wages.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts settlements and policies.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer 5 PQE) with proven experience in employment and industrial relations.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Ability and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
- A team player capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
