Job Description
As a Lease Administrator you will manage lease renewals rent postings and deposit accounting while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. You ll collaborate with property and accounting teams handle guest inquiries process tenant charges and optimize lease administration. Your role ensures seamless lease operations revenue capture and a toptier resident experience.

Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
Work setup: Hybrid (Bogot and Medell n)
Your Daily Tasks
Lease & Rent Management:
- Post and validate monthly rent transactions.
- Ensure all moveins and moveouts are accurately recorded and completed.
- Manage lease renewals MonthtoMonth (MTM) conversions and deposit accounting.
- Review and correct resident exceptions ensuring resident details are accurate.
- Document all rental writeoffs and increases properly.
Financial Accuracy & Revenue Capture:
- Work with General Managers (GMs) to ensure documentation is complete timely and accurate.
- Enter charge batches for nonrecurring tenant charges.
- Assist with reversals concessions and writeoffs as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records to capture revenue and minimize discrepancies.
Collaboration & CrossTeam Communication:
- Work closely with accounting and property teams to align financial and operational activities.
- Collaborate with offsite operations teams and support guests when needed.
- Handle guest inquiries reservations and billing adjustments as required.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Propose process optimizations to enhance lease administration efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies financial standards and resident ethics.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for audits and future reference.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support adhoc operational tasks to ensure seamless lease and financial management.
Requirements

Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Finance or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 1 3 years of experience in lease administration property management accounting or related fields.
- Prior experience in residential property management is highly desirable.
- Understanding of residentclient relationships lease ethics and financial operations.
