The ideal candidate is an experienced selfdirected product marketing and program manager who is datadriven detailoriented and comfortable with ambiguity. In this role you will develop and execute mechanisms and processes that allow tech product and marketing to scale quickly and deliver cross category discovery. You will leverage experimentation and performance data to inform your approach creating best practices and playbooks to drive quick adoption and progress. As a leader in the team you will be expected to influence across the organization partnering with our Events Marketing Product and Tech teams to support and influence the onsite CX roadmap. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact collaborating closely with talented marketing business and tech leaders to unlock crosscategory discovery.

4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
