The Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine (COM) at Washington State University is seeking an Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education (AD GME). This role holds a unique opportunity to serve across the state of Washington to oversee and lead all GME programs through strategic planning development and innovation throughout the State University COM as the community based medical school currently sponsors residency programs including Internal Medicine in Everett WA Family Medicine in Pullman WA and Pediatrics in Spokane WA. There is strong interest across the state to partner with WSU COM to continue to develop new residency and fellowship programs. This position is key to leading this transformational change that will help meet the needs of Washington communities collaborating with them to help improve access and quality of role is responsible for the establishment and oversight of residency and fellowship programs at the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine.
The position may be based at any of the current campuses located in Washington state such as Spokane Everett Pullman TriCities or Vancouver with a preference for Spokane WA.
The position will allow for flexibility to accommodate the incumbents clinical activities with a mutually agreed upon FTE of 80100.

Department Link: and Salary: The base salary for the Career Track position is $148500$317000 at 100 FTE. This salary range is commensurate with qualifications earned degree track and rank determination.
While serving as Associate Dean this position will be eligible for annually renewed administrative stipend of $commensurate with qualifications.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidates current experience education skills and abilities related to the position or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination.
