We are currently seeking a Supporting Director for our residential programs. This position is temporary affording you an opportunity to gain or use your high level experience with a leading behavioral healthcare organization for 812 months. Do you already have that experience but are looking for a change of pace Consider this an opportunity to join our team with the possibility of moving into another role following the 812 month assignment!
Applicants who are intersted in a parttime role will also be considered if available a minimum of 3 days per week.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for management aspects that fall within our residential service line.
- Provides support and supervision to Operations Managers and Residential Managers.
- Works collaboratively with team members for effective problem solving
- Effectively organizes manages and coordinates daily operations of group homes.
- Provides feedback and coaching to employees regarding performance and development.
- Ensure effective internal and external communications.
- Actively monitors residential programs to ensure compliance at all times with all Devereux and licensing standards.
- Implements corrective action
- Conducts interviews and hiring needs for the department.
- Documents followsup on and reports out on relevant data.

Salary: Dependent upon experience and Fulltime/Parttime status. $45500 $75000

Qualifications
Education: Masters degree or above in related human service or management field preferred. Related bachelors degree required.
Experience: Five years of progressive experience including some management within an intellectual/developmental disabilities setting. Requires excellent oral & written communication skills and customer service skills.
