Job Description

Job Title: Residential Technician Evening Shift
Location: 516 W. 12th Street Sioux Falls SD 57104
Pay Range: $18.00 $23.49/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Evening Shift 4-Day Work Week (10-Hour Shifts)

As a Residential Technician you will:

  • Supervise and support residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Uphold our mission of creating pathways to brighter futures for at-risk individuals.
  • Help residents adjust by providing orientation and guiding them through daily tasks.
  • Ensure compliance by enforcing policies maintaining documentation and managing incident reports.
  • Conduct property searches for contraband and ensure a safe environment for residents.
  • Perform urine collection for drug screenings when required.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to create a positive welcoming environment.

What Were Looking For:

  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals in need.
  • At least one year of recovery experience if applicable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and handle the physical demands of the role.
  • Comfort with performing drug screenings and property searches to maintain a safe environment.
