Location: Onsite Hyderabad Telangana
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings: Night Shift 7 PM to 5 AM IST) Covering EST & PST time zones
Experience: 1 to 3 years in US/Canada IT Staffing
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing screening and placing IT professionals for US and Canadian clients. You must be comfortable working in a fastpaced night shift environment and possess a keen understanding of IT recruitment particularly in niche and seniorlevel roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend recruitment processes for US/Canada IT staffing including sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates.
Work extensively on W2 and fulltime requirements.
Be wellversed with all types of US work visas (H1B GC TN EAD etc..
Focus on recruiting for niche and seniorlevel IT positions including:
SAP (All Modules)
Java Architects
Cloud Architects
Data Architects
Cloud Engineers
AI/ML Engineers
Lead Data Scientists
Technical Project Managers
Use recruitment tools and job boards like Dice Monster LinkedIn and internal databases.
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Coordinate interviews negotiate offers and follow up on hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data and recruitment records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources Business or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in US/Canada IT staffing.
Proven experience in W2 and fulltime requirements recruitment.
Strong understanding of US work visa types and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to work on niche and seniorlevel IT roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ATS systems and job portals.
Willingness to work night shifts 7 PM to 5 AM IST).
