Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer you will build highimpact userfacing features champion clean and welltested code and collaborate with users and stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions. You ll work across a broad tech stack implement scalable features and drive continuous improvements in both the development process and engineering culture.

Job Overview

• Creating maintaining and supporting the Optimizer software platform
  
• Developing user interfaces and business logic using and TypeScript
  
• Contributing to backend development using C#.NET
  
• Collaborating with team members across Manila Australia Chicago and London
  
• Engaging regularly with internal and external stakeholders and end users
  
• Pairing with teammates to solve technical challenges collaboratively
  
• Maintaining and enhancing existing software features resolving bugs testing and deploying code
  
• Participating in system architecture design development testing and documentation
  
• Providing technical guidance and code quality oversight for peer contributions
  
• Ensuring high product quality while supporting and mentoring your team
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

Required:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  
• 5 years of experience developing commercial software with C#.NET and
  
• Proficiency in ASP Core Entity Framework and RESTful API development
  
• Experience with TypeScript Redux and modern frontend development tools
  
• Handson experience with SQL databases (SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL) and ORM frameworks
  
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP)
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Git and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Ability to write welltested wellstructured and maintainable code
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or in teams
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  

Preferred:

• Experience with GraphQL WebSockets or realtime data processing
  
• Knowledge of authentication frameworks like OAuth JWT and IdentityServer
  
• Exposure to DevOps practices CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Ansible)
  
• Familiarity with UI libraries like MaterialUI Ant Design or TailwindCSS
  
• Experience in deploying and monitoring cloudbased applications
  

Additional Skills We Value (Not Required):

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular Vue)
  
• Crossplatform development for Windows and Linux
  
• Familiarity with C .NET Core JavaScript and ESRI ArcGIS
  
• Knowledge of QGIS MongoDB or GISrelated technologies
  
• Background in hydraulic modeling or water engineering
