• Manage comprehensive bookkeeping tasks for a diverse portfolio of 17 clients using Xero software
  
• Act as a primary point of contact handling client communications with empathy and professionalism
  
• Perform crucial financial tasks including data entry bank reconciliations and invoice preparation
  
• Contribute to debt collection processes applying a sensitive approach to challenging situations
  
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  
• Adapt to evolving client needs providing tailored support to businesses facing financial difficulties
  
• Utilize online collaboration tools to maintain efficient remote work practices
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Xero accounting software with a track record of managing multiple client accounts
  
• Strong bookkeeping skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
  
• Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively
  
• Empathetic approach and patience when dealing with clients in financial distress
  
• Flexibility to align with New Zealand business hours including potential early morning starts
  
• Experience in remote work environments and familiarity with online collaboration tools
  
• Passion for continuous learning and adaptability in a growing dynamic company
  
• Background in financial services or experience with businesses in financial difficulty is a plus
  
• Dual monitor is required
