Job Description
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department.
Qualifications :
- Understand and follow Customers Standard Operations Procedures.
- Understand and compliant with Department Standard Processes KPIs according to OPS & Companys Policy
- Handle booking and shipping tasks smoothly and timely manner
- Professional communicate with all external & internal business parties (verbal & written) provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare shipping documents correctly and timely.
- Monitor and update shipments status timely.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into systems according to OPS & Policy
- Complete 52 training hours per year and other mandatory courses as per required by companys guideline
- Proactively promote the companys 10 cultural attributes: Appearance Attitude Confidence Curiosity Excellence Integrity Pride Resolute Sense of Humor and Visionary.
Delivered SkillSets and Characteristics
- Bachelor degree going to graduate or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement
- Selfmotivated with ability to work in a fastpaced and constantly changing environment
- Strong problem solving organizational and interpersonal skills
- Timeliness and accountability for results
