- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Healthcare or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or technical systems analysis.
- Strong skills in business functional and nonfunctional requirements gathering.
- Expertise in workflow design graphical process representation and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of SDLC project management principles and formal requirements gathering methodologies.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and performance metrics.
- Strong ability to develop UAT strategies and ensure seamless integration.
- Background in business process redesign for new technology implementations.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and IT teams for effective solution alignment.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Knowledge of change management processes and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Experience with mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Conduct requirements analysis through stakeholder workshops and documentation reviews.
- Develop process flows business models and traceability matrices.
- Collaborate with IT teams business users and vendors to drive project success.
- Identify areas for business process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables align with compliance and regulatory requirements.
