Job Description
Key Responsibi*ities:
* Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling s*ssions.
* Conduct 1on1 pre and postcounselling sessions with parents to discuss their childs
progress and explain the benefits of Brainwonders*services.
* Design and lead presentations workshops seminars and webinars for students parents
and educational i*stitutions.
* Be wellversed with Brainwonders biometric and psychometric assessments and
communicate the results effectively to student* and parents.
* Address queries and concerns highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students
academic and*personal growth
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth delivery and integration of Brainwonders
services within the *cademic calendar.
* Provide training and support for school staff on Brainwonders servi*es implementation.
* Provide digital content resources literature and r*search for guidance
* Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis and/or well *ix
groups of all ages
* Candidates with experience in personality intelligence career and clinical testing will b*
preferred
Qualifications :
Education :
Masters in Psychology/Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
Or Similar Degree
Experience: Preferred 12 Years
Salary : 25000/ To 45000/
Employment Type: Fulltime
Office Timings
Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm

* Excellent communication interpersonal and presentati*n skills
* Experience working in education or a rel*ted field
* Strong understanding of Brainwonders services and imp*ementation
* Ability to travel to schools and cond*ct meetings
* Passion for helping students discover their potential and plan for *heir future.
* Experience in marketing or busine*s development
* Familiarity with the education industry and school administrative stru*tures
