Job Description

As a Paid Social Media Strategist youll craft exceptional paid social strategies create innovative presentations and support sales teams by developing compelling proposals insightful recommendations and thought leadership POVs. Passionate and intellectually curious youll provide ongoing training on emerging social trends and thrive in a fastpaced highimpact environment living and breathing digital advertising.

Your Daily Tasks
  • Maintain superior understanding of publisher products Unified products and their appropriate applications for Unified s clients.
  • Lead strategic processes and teams to develop innovative social strategies spanning research insights paid social and Unified technology solutions.
  • Create innovative measurement plans to test theories based on observed relationships between social media performance and publishing tactics ensuring client success and consistently driving innovation.
  • Articulate and present complex social strategies and recommendations to clients partners and internal teams.
  • Produce highquality presentations covering the latest social media trends best practices foundational topics and partner and product releases for clients internal use and training sessions led by the Media Strategist.
  • Mentor team members by reviewing proposal submissions and providing constructive feedback to encourage growth and learning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in core projects through automation and process enhancement.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Preferred degree in Marketing Advertising or Media
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital programmatic and social media ads
  • Desired background in brand and/or communications strategy
  • Strategic thinker with a balanced analytical and creative approach
  • Persuasive storytelling skills
  • Passion for social media with proven knowledge in leveraging it to achieve marketing goals
  • Robust understanding of branding and direct response campaigns
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information from various sources translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience in online media research using tools like comScore Media Metrix Nielsen Facebook IQ eMarketer etc.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills
  • Ability to quickly become a trusted respected team member by mastering platforms and leveraging insights
  • Positive cando attitude; willingness to roll up sleeves and support team members
  • Superior skills in PowerPoint Keynote and Excel
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
